Poor service

On 3/11/15 I bought a Samsung J1Ace cell phone from Edgars, PretoriaNorth. The salesperson did not have the knowledge to even explain the difference in phones to me. On 15/11/15 I had to take the phone back as there was absolutely no service on the phone as well as other problems on the phone. The sent it back to the supplier and I got it back on 27/11/15, no report of what was wrong with the phone was available. On the night of 27/11/15 I experience exactly the same problem. I phoned the manager, Orlando on Saturday and told him that the phone is not even 1 month old and I am experiencing a lot of problems. He said he will take it up and call me on monday 30/11/15. Needless to say, nothing happenend. No service at all. I am not interested in this phone anymore as it has no use. I am a lot on the road and now without a reliable phone
