poor service

The consultant at edgars witbank cancel my card and issue card to a wrong person. This consultant never bother to verify the person. The person use the card to purchase. I never been in witbank and don't know how this happened. Know am busy wasting my petrol , time going up and down writing affidavit. I want the store to take full responsibility of this matter.they must compensate my petrol and time. If the correct procedure was followed this could never happen.I need to know how and why? Somebody within e dgars please explain this to me . No no poor poor quality of work.
