Poor service

Ive sent emails to edgars and also called numerous times without any help. I am told that my account has been sold to a third party as i was not working but i am paying edgars directly, now i wanted a settlement quote so i could settle my account and get a settlement letter and no one is willing to help yet i pay every month and dont even know my account balance as i am not getting any statement. Could someone urgently get back to me so that i can settle this account and get it over and done with and also get my paid up letter. I just know that i owe +- R1600 and no one is assisting with the amount.
