Poor service

I bought sunglasses and after about 2 weeks the ear broke off. Took it to Edgars Kolonnade and I was given a service slip as the sunglasses had to be send to the supplier. More than a month later I have enquired numerous time without any response from the supplier. On Tuesday I went to Edgars and the consultant phoned the supplier Carne Eye Wear where the lady put the phone down in her hear. She then phoned Noel and he said that he would contact me because this is not covered under the warranty. I bought it from Edgars and now you are just pulling your shoulders up. I want this fixed or replaced. It is a manufacturing fault. I am also not going to communicate directly with the supplier - that is why it was bought from you.
