Poor service

On the 25th of September I went to purchase a Huawei P8 Lite at edgars goldfields mall,on arrival I took a leaflet with the current deals and the phone in question was said to be R2999 but on paying i was charged R3400 instead, I made the teller aware but they said the phone can't be R2999 maybe it's a printing mistake and asked if he should return me my money,I insisted on the price that was written but he said he cannot help me,then the lady on the next teller hoped in and told me Vodacom doesn't dictate prices for them,I told her that even on the edgars mobile social media the phone is R2999,she then said I don't understand what she is saying,and that we should leave the issue because the argument is taking us nowhere,<br> <br> I was then made to wait more than 30 minutes for them to refund me,in cash when I had used my bank card to pay,when the credit manager arrived to reverse the transaction after making me sign,before giving me back the money she only then asked if she can give me the phone for the price that was printed,I was Furious and refusedt,told he she should just give me my money because that was the first thing they shouldve done<br>
