poor service

My mum had bought an outfit (minnie 2pc outfit from edgarsand the outfit was a bit small for my baby so I had called your store in westwood and gateway and asked for a bigger sizes or anything similar that I can exchange it for,I was told they don't have anything .when I went to westwood 2 weeks ago I was told to exchange at gateway as they have better variety and to try this week as more ranges avail.when. Went to gateway yesterday I found almost the same outfit to the one I wanted an exchange for but was a hello kitty.it was R20 more but that was exceptable.when I went to the exchange department I was told my miinoe mouse outfit with the tag still attached which was 199.00 is now 49.99 and I have to pay 170 more for the exch.I was shocked.somewhere along the exchanges in between the two stores the receipt got lost so I went beserk looking for it.I kept the mickey mouse outfit and paid the full price for the dress but want someone to tell me how consumers get ********** and I would have saved so much money had they done the exchange in store earlier than send me away.would like to know whay nobody advsed that they had something of similar look as wellnever expected this from edgar
