Poor service

I'm very frustrated in Edgars who keep on sending me emails about an outstanding account. I had a cellphone insurance which I paid in full and thereafter had zero outstanding on my account. I went to the shop to close the account, phoned and emailed. Can anyone give me advice? This is becoming such a nuisance.They don't reply to my emails but they keep on sending emails.
