Poor service

They had a notice that they will be closed at 13h00 but they closed at 12h35,what an inconvenience, when I spoke to the manager he was so arrogant, saying whatever you say won't make me open for you as I asked why closing 25 min earlier than the time they mentioned, I begged him to let me through so I can make my payment with no luck.
