Poor quality shoes
I am so disappointed in the quality of Edgars items. I purchased a Free2bu black heel from Edgars and in less than a month the heel broke while i was sitting at my desk at the office- sitting down!!! imagine not even walking and it was on a soft surface at work so that makes me question the quality of items you sell! I am so disappointed in the quality that they sell, i believe i deserve more than just a refund as this jeopardized me, i had client meetings and looked so unprofessional walking around the office in slippers the rest of the day!
Quality checks are important Edgars!
