Poor Quality & Service

I purchased a Stone Harbour Jean from edgars KOLONNADE and within a must it was torn and damaged which to me is poor quality. I went to the branch to be assisted and they couldn’t because my slip is lost and they can’t retrieve the transaction. From my past experience of dealing with Edgars is possible to retrieve the transaction from my Thank You Card. I want my money or for you to exchange the jean.
