poor Quality products

I bought a handbag at the N1 city store. Less than a month later the strap came loose. I returned to the store and they replaced it. not two weeks later the same thing happens to the new bag and when i returned to the store they said it was out of stock and it was over the 30 day return term. i had the bag repaired out of pocket. niether bag's strap lasted more than a month. Edgars has NOTHING i will ever need to buy there. Just wanted to share this poor experience. they will NOT get my business again. and this is besides the poor quality of clothing i have bought there that become thread bare sooner than at other stores. Poor quality.
