Poor quality products

I purchased a set of continental pillows from Edgars a few months ago. I opened the packaging in the last week of October. On the first use I could see that the pillows were not off good quality as they did not sit upright on the bed and slouched down. After using them for 6 weeks the insides were all broken up. Not sure how Edgars can sell items of this quality
