Poor quality goods for a lot of money.

Not too long before the lockdown I've bought a nice causal/church shoe and it's not even long and the material is about to come off. Due to relocating I've lost the slip and box and couldn't returned it to the store. I've payed about R350 for it by Edgars Promenade Mall Mitchell's Plain Cape Town. Please advice!!! I'm very disappointed for the fact that you guy's are selling low quality goods for a lot of money. I won't recommend anybody to shop at your store as this is not the first time that something like this happens.
