Poor Quality and Poor Service

Unpleasant service for the manager in Cape Gate store....was returned because my Thank you Card was not linked to my ID number.....Whose problem is that....only finding out when returned items I bought last year and some time this year because of poor quality....surely there is a way for her to check all the transactions that on my thank you card....but the lazy manager was so quick to say she cannot take it back because of they cannot retrieve info because my Thank card is not linked to my ID number....wow see me at Edgar's ever again **** me. Even after I was returned non of them offered to do their job and link my Thank you card to My ID number.........I will stick to Pick n pay clothing and woolies because they know what they are doing there and they don't return a costumer for their poor quality
