Poor product Revlon lipgloss

I purchased Revlon lipgloss last week's which make my lips crack and it's having oil like liquid,at Edgar's carnival mall worth R250 and I was told they can't take it back as there's no refund on makeup.I emailed Revlon also they told me same story what must I do with product that's not giving me seevice
