POOR POOR SERVICE

I was at Edgards Sandton City today and just want to express my utter disgust with the customer service, I used one of the fitting rooms and in the process forgot my glasses (prescription glasses) as I left, upon realizing this, I go back and ask the lady if I can get my glasses as I just left the fitting room and could see the cubical I used was still open, she agreed but there was nothing there.

I went back and told her that I cant find anything, I asked if she may have seen anything or if someone brought anything to her to which she replies no, then go back to check the other cubicals which also had nothing, I went back and told the lady that these are prescription glasses and there's nothing in any of the rooms , I also asked if she may have seen who left right after I did and she said no which I can understand, but only after I make mention of cameras to see if we cant find anything on them, now she comes to assist and still there wasnt anything she went to doing her job and I went asking for assistance from someone else regarding the camera, the other lady called a manager and I tell him what transpired and that this is prescription glasses, I asked if he can help us to which he says they can only see who goes in and out not anything in the hallway of the room, he leaves and comes back 10 minutes later saying they cant see anything, I asked if they wont be able to check who came out right after I did to which he expresses that we still wont be able to tell, I understand that but for the mere fact that I stood there for 40 minutes waiting to see the cameras the manager leaving me standing there with no answers of whether or not they found anything and customers now asking if I've been assisted as they can see the frustration and noticed I've been standing there waiting while everyone goes about there business, went back to see for the manager and all I was told was he'll come now.

I left with no help and no glasses
