POOR POOR SERVICE

Online ordering issues, - I placed a order under mens formal shoes and found Bronx for sale so ordered a size 10. I get the order (pain for courier) and then it is a kids shoes size 10. They advised that I must of ordered the kids shoes. I advised I did not it is a system error as I dont have a child that has this size feet. My boy isa 1 year old. My husband needed the shoes for his new job on monday and now I have been advised that they still looking into this. I call ever day once / twice and this is costing me to sort out there problem. I then get told why dont I go to the nearest store and exchange and pay in the difference. Why should I have to pay in when it is a system error on there part, They also need to courier them to me as if I wanted to do a store purchase I would of done that in the first place.
