Poor planning

I just wanted to tell you about the most amazing day I had in your sale shop.As you know the sales shop opened to day. WHAT an experience? It's 18 35 now and I have been in the queue since 13: 10. That is a day at work almost. I approach Terence to talk to him as he only had 2 cashier's the counter.He was clearly busy as as he allowed a lady with less than 5 items in front of me to jump the queue. Funny how the minute I took a picture of what was happening. He came running telling me about the law and how I should mind my business and let him run the store as it does not affect me.How fair is this, what happened to common courtesy. I know it was a real long day.I hope you all planned better for the weekend ahead atleast provide people with chairs.And yes Terence as promised I did log the complaint. People are tired Terence and there is no reason why you had to Ill treat people and put them out of the store after standing in the queue so long.Yes I do the pictures for anyone that wants to see
