Poor people skills

I visited lebowakgomo store and there was no one at the tellers. The manager then asked me to go pay at the cosmetic till and there was still no one. I returned to him and he called Lebo Mashego to come and assist me. She did not greet and the attitude I either received or perceived was not the nicest. I then mentioned that she was being rude and she said "oh, am I?" and the conversation continued until I felt I am not obligated to buy at Edgar's, asked for a refund and I left. The manager was standing next to us when all of that was taking place and was numb about it.
