Poor or non service Delivery from Edgars online dep and Kolonade

Poor customer service, no service delivery...Have been waiting for 2 online orders placed 2 weeks Ago and after standing in a queue for almost an hour when we went to the Kolonade to collect the One order upon receipt of a store sms that informed us to collect the order, we were told that they dont have it and no one at the store or online staff are coming back to me or can provide an estimated time of delivery. Poor service and no assistance
