POOR MANAGEMENT EDGARS

Can I receive assistance to close my account and more importantly the close the edgars club. I have settled the account I am still receiving statements and being charged interest. Can someone help me with a contact number or an email that does not bounce back. The number recommended from RCS no one responds.
