Poor leadership and service delivery
If you have the urge to go shopping and Centurion Mall and when in a specific shop, wanting or needing assistance avoid EDGARS as they are really not interested in delivering any kind of service to their clients as they are all busy having their own conversations and very busy doing their own things. After asking if there is anyone in the ladies section, you are asked "How are you doing? Well what a senseless question! And when you ask again is there anyone interested in providing me with answers to my question I was told but we are here to help you!! WOW I must wonder what exactly those ladies regards as Customer Service, as I am sure there is a standard that is acceptable when working in a shop selling clothes for various generations and surely somewhere someone is bound to have questions about the items displayed. Or has service delivery deteriorated so much that the staff are left to their own devices and clients are supposed to find whatever they are looking for on their own? Well EDGARS lost a valuable client as it is clear that they are not interested in my money. Does that shop have a Manager? If so maybe the manager also needs a refresher course together with the staff to remind them of their core business, and their functions as sales personnel. They should also be grateful that they have a job many highly qualifies people don't and I am sure they will do EDGARS proud and deliver a much more efficient service to paying customers!!
