Poor feedback

I understand risk and that every company needs to limit is as far as possible, so please answer my following questions:<br> 1. Since when has this new decision been implemented?<br> 2. How do you decide who gets a 6 month account and who gets a 12 month account, cause I just see you being discriminatory towards certain account holders.<br> 3. Has all your 6 month account holders been changed to a 12 month account? Or do they get the courtesy of staying on a 6 months account?<br> Please do me a favour this time and contact my directly with feedback. I am not going to keep logging complaints for service. I expect a call during the course of tomorrow, and I want to speak to someone that will be able to answer these questions directly.
