Poor Edgars

Having the same problem, I emailed Edgars several times, asking for a statement. Albert Sithole (from ***) rep**** and assured me that I will receive my statements. Up to this date, still NO statements, but in stead received a letter from an attorney threatening to blacklist me...for the amount of 132,65 for Club fees, haven't bought any thing from Edgars for several months, but account went into arrears because of Edgars Club charges. Why is it so difficult to sort out these problems since so many have the same issue????
