Poor Edcon Service (EDGARS)
I have requested Edgars to close my account still with no assistance. I went to the store after experience attitude staff at Vaal mall i was lastly given a phone to assist myself. The guy assisted me promised to sent a request for my account to be closed.I was then told later that it has a credit of r800 and need to arrange refund before it could be closed successfully. i submmited everything but still not assisted.last person communicated too is Uegendrie Naidoo • Refund Clerk from consumer friend which im not even sure how they link with Edgars. Please assist as i am currently frustrated and do not know way forward. Account details ***
