Poor Disrespectful customer service

Today i was shopping in Edgars in Gateway shopping Centre where one of the staff by the name of Bathobile Sibisi - at the till made us wait by the till and when we asked if there's a problem since its been quite a while now, she then responded with an attitude and said " what am i doing because I'm working on finding this item on the system" ( translated from Zulu) my mother shook, annoyed by the response and asked if she has to look for another item. The lady then told my mother her clothes were too many so she must relax. I don't know if this is how stuff was trained to treat their customers or not. We asked for the Manager ( Saya Makathini) and the staff told my mother " you must teach your kids the right way because you are not a good example" and refused to work!!! Even i told the lady to please proceed she refused and said we must wait for the manager we called!!! I am disgusted by your service! I am annoyed to the max of how she back chatted us and had the guts to argue with us let alone point figures at us. I wonder if she underwent training on customer service. Even in the presence of the Manager she was still disrespectful and left her job for the Manager to take over. Bathobile ( Staff) is a shame and disgrace to the company's image!!!!
