Poor Custormer Service

I have been calling Edgards several times to get my account closed and every time I call I get a different a story and given a number to call but when I call the numbers I am always referred to a different department and I am sure at the end of the months they will send a statement to pay for service fee*****r customer service from them but if you owing service fees they are able to call you 3 times in a single day which is very bad.
