Poor customer services

Good day.<br> <br> <br> I trust you well.<br> <br> Edgar's west street cellular/insurance department in my experience is the worst department ever. their services is really ridiculous. I sent my phone for repairs went in to do a follow up on the 15th of April 2016. I had to wait until i went ask if they will be anyone helping us. i waited for someone and the lady finally came and she asked me for a receipt which i wasn't given mind you i asked for it and the agent i dealt with said it wasn't necessary. fine, she tries calling the insurance people and no response. i mean really, i came in the morning the lines are down, later in the evening they don't respond, still i kept calm and asked the lady to phone them the following day and contact me to give me an update. The 16th comes i wait but no phone call. i went to edgars west street Monday still we wait... i really don't understand how do they work? do they all go for lunch at 11 am, pm? like really odd hours? finally an agent comes, but to my dismay his the only one attending 5 people, well others left. than the two later come strolling and one goes back and the other attempt to help. she sends me to call the insurance ppl, why am i doing her job?
