Poor customer service - customers are judged based on how they look

On the 13 Oct 2023 I went to Edgars South gate mall to make a lay-bye, I was assisted by Durian Delisile. I waited in the line while they were busy chatting with each other at the till point, when I asked her how much the lay-bye wanted she told me the amount and I paid the exact money that was required to secure the lay-bye. she asked me "WILL THIS LAY-BYE EVER GOING TO BE TAKEN OUT" because i paid the exact money that was required

i felt so judged and classified because of her response, i got the worst service i've ever had from the store

Do you classify and judge customers based on how much they take out or based on how they look?
