Poor customer service!

I went to Edgars @ Hemmingways Mall to make Christmas laybye for my son. I had the worst experience when I went to the "customer service" by the kiddies side. There was a lady called Kim whom was assisting me with the laybye process and another cashier called Ayabonga dragged Kim to check her cash up cus she had "an under/shortage" I had to wait for that and while Kim was scanning my items she told me that one of the denims were on a promotion of "buy 2 and get 50% off" I was surprised and the lady with a poor service called Ayabonga laughed as if I was some type if a fool. I asked Kim to scan the denims separately so I'll have different laybyes. That Ayabonga lady kept on giving me attitude in some type of a way that I didn't like. I was really ****ed with her attitude, I even wanted to leave all the items and go and shop somewhere else.
