Poor customer service

I have been trying to close my account for 2 months now. The assistance I have received has been very disappointing from their side. I closed it in the shop and they said someone was going to call me. I have received no feedback whatsoever, I've sent numerous emails and still no feedback. I just don't want any credit anymore I want to pay cash. I think maybe you should consider improving customer care because I do not even want to shop at Edgars anymore...
