Poor customer service at Edgars Newtown Junction mall

My wife Bought a pair of sneakers at Edgars Eastgate and when she got home she realised that the shoes are different sizes one is size 6 and the other is size 7.She went to try exchange them only to find that the Eastgate shop is closed.Today I went to Edgars Newtown mall the exchange them but they refused.I asked to see the manager who was so rude and he asked me a very silly question and I quote his exact words "If we take those odd shoes what will we do with them".I told him that I am going to launch a complain and I asked for his name he refused to give me and told me he does not care I can complain where ever I want.
