Poor customer service

Gosh I’ve never came across a bunch of *********** individuals? Their telephone lines are not only no longer opened to the public but whoever is running the edgarsfashion page on instagram is a total idi#t. He/she keeps responding to my messages but my query is still not resolved. When I ask for an update he/she tells me that their team is still working on my query??? I mean can it really take 4 hours to check if a certain branch has my size or not???? I even did half of the job for them by providing them with the branch’s number- which they asked from me- they should have it on their end? 4 hours later my query is still not resolved and I told them I want to go pick up the dress today. Y’all are useless and ***********. I’m disgusted by the poor customer service?????
