Poor customer service

Pathetic service at Edgar's Birch Acres Mall. A lady by the name of Lebo was so unhelpful her customer service is bad. I took bras to fit at the fitting room, she told me I'm not allowed to fit bras and I can't return them. I was so disappointed to hear that. She didn't even care even when I mentioned to her that I'd rather buy elsewhere. I know we can't fit bottoms but bras. I decided to buy the underwear, as I was at the till, I asked the cashier if I'm allowed to fit bras and she said yes. Lebo's customer service is bad and it's people like her that will make customers not shop in their stores. She should be grateful that I gave her an opportunity to assist me. She is not doing me or anyone a favour by helping them. We are doing her a favour by shopping in their store.
