Poor Customer Service

I have been a longstanding customer, but I want nothing to do with Edgars anymore. I understand that Covid-19 has brought challenges, I myself refuse to go into shopping malls (how I would usually pay my account) but I still paid my account via EFT for the months (March, Arpril, May, June & July (my account should have been paid up at that point)). I have sent many emails, tried calling their call centre to get a detailed statement. I have now finally gotten my statement only to see bogus collection sms charges on an account that should have been paid up in July... trying to get answers out of Edgars is next to impossible. It would seem they are using shady tactics to make money out of people.
