Poor Customer Service

Very bad attitude of fragrance department staff at Ilanga Mall, Mbombela. They behave as if you there to ask for freebies and not buy with hard earned money. They go on with their cheap talk ignoring customers. Pity none of them had name tags on. Thank you to Virginia who had to intervene for me to be assisted, the rest need be sent for the very same customer service training Virginia attended
