Poor customer service

I bought items on the 16th July, and returned one of the items I bought on the 22nd July, I used my Just pay acount to purchase these items . I was told this will only take a few days to process however this has not been processed to date. The lady who was assisting me is Eveline who supposedly is part of management yet, cannot perform her duties , I have constsantly had to follow up with the store when will my account be credited and i've been told that they logged a call and will get back to me which they never do. Everytime I call in to follow up the lady does not even remember me which clearly gives an impression that she has not even dealt with this matter. The inconvenience in all this is that I am being debited for my just pay account which is actually suppose to be incredit . The level of inconsitency and lack of customer service is very dissapointing. I WANT MY REFUND BACK.
