Poor customer service

Hi

i want to reinstate my debit

i kept going to the promenade store they kept asking for my bank statement which i keep prviding but each time i go the advise they can see the debit details are there but they dont know why its not deducting or the details are there but teh option for debit order is not ticked

im getting fed up now and i work 5 days a week so i dont have time to go the store anymore

please reinstate my direct debit as your store agents are really not helpful
