Poor Customer Service

I'm disappointed by the customer service. I'm trying to pay up an account that has been in arrears for quite some time now and I've called in about 3 times, sent emails and have had no response up to date. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Really disappointed and will not be opening an account with them in future.
