poor customer service
Its been two months waiting for my new edgars account. I call the new accounts department with my work number. and i am told they can not assist me i have to call them with my personal number. even after i explained that i can not call them from my personal number and i am happy to confirm who i am, they refused to help me. just because i am not calling from my personal number. this is ridiculous and stupid i an not happy with Edgars in general. its so disappointing that such a huge company has such poor service.... keep your damn card.
