Poor Customer service

I went to Edgars Maponya to take a laybye out worth R3000,I the Cashier I would like cancel it and purchase everything on cash and leave some items (Shoes)to be specific because it was a big size. However I took everything besides the shoes.

When I told the Cashier by the name of Malebo that I would like to cancel the laybye and pay cash and as some of the items where on promotion

She started to complain and told that it's too much work for her the laybye is worth R3000 she needs to cancel and star over again with purchasing and she even had the nerve of telling me that I made the the store to loose profit.

I am asking myself if clothes that are already on Sale doesn't make the store to loose profit.

I am used to doing my shopping at Edgars in Clearwater and I have never came across such poor Customer service.

She doesn't know why it took me 3 months to come and collect my Laybye. @Edgars Maponya mall please take your stuff for customer service training.

Her customer service is very poor.
