Poor customer service

This is for your Blue Route store. There were 2 ladies working in the perfume section on 1 May 2025. The one staff member was so rude to my child, her words, her tone etc. He was not unsupervised at all hence we heard and saw everything. When I looked at her,shocked by her behaviour,she had the nerve to give me a dirty look and went to the till. Second staff member then comes and follows us everywhere as if we are *******. I always shop at edgars especially for my kids but that day I was done. My friend ended up going to Truworths to purchase the perfume she was initially going to buy at your store. Send your staff for training before they chase away all your customers. My friend has shared this ordeal on social media to warn fellow consumers about the way Edgars Blue Route treats customers. When I shop for my kids at this store, there is nobody on the floor to help you. Please do better!
