POOR CUSTOMER SERIVCE
Exactly a week ago on 24 March i ordered an ONE DIRECTION t-shirt to be couriered from Customer Service to Edgars, Tyger Valley, they said it will take 5-7 days, as i need the t-shirt Wednesday 01 April, for the ONE DIRECTION performance, so i took the chance.<br> Today, 7 days later i followed up, just to hear there is nothing sent down to Tyger Valley, Edgars, not even on it's way<br> I am so dissapointed. I know someone will be phoning me with some sort of excuse and ask me to please take off this complaint, BUT i will NOT take of this complaint unless i have an ONE DIRECTION t-shirt by tomorrow<br> Please let me know if you need size and SKU number

That is certainly not the type of service that indicates our standards. Kindly note we have liaised with our fashion hotline department and they indicated that the t-shirt is out of stock.
