poor customer care

was given a voucher worth of R70 by edgars headoffice by the lady called Mbali, tried to redeem it at Lebowakgomo Edgars but they said its not working , requested they call head office as it was expiring that day . but i was never ready for the attitude i got from the cashier who said her name was Lebo she even said they where doing a special of of 25% off not (sure ) but she is not going to service or give it to me because she does not want to, she was screening at me in-front of other customers i called the manager who did not even care about the service the staff was providing.

i have been with Edgars for over 10 years i have never been told that special are given at the discretion of staff . very disappointing

recently was at the branch again to pay account the queue was long and it was only one cashier working, Lebowakgomo braNch they do not want to work i dont know why its still open
