POOR CLIENT SERVICE FROM EDGARS

I have been battling for a period of time with Edgars to rectify our account. They charge us 24% interest instead of 6 months interest. We are battling with them to rectify our account, since we only buy on 6 months, we hardly use the account.

Our outstanding balance is less than R 3 000, and when bought at Jet stores on 7/12/22 and then again on 2/3/23 that is part of Edgars store.

I told the cashier lady specifically 6 months, and again they charge us for 24months interest. This is an ongoing query that is never ending. According to Tarryn they can't change anything.
