poor client service
on my statement there is an amount of R25.00 charged monthly for CellC airtime subscription that i do not know what it is for. I contacted head office to cancel it and i was referred to other unit that deals with airtime or matters of this kind.<br> <br> it was February when i started the cancelling process and till to day it is still appearing. i called on several occasions to enquirer and i was told that it appears on their system that i cancelled and they don't know why it is still billing.<br> <br> <br> <br>
