poor business ethics

On the 8 September 2001 I went into Edgars Greenstone to purchase pants I chose 3 got to the counter gave them my Edgar's card only to find out is was declined due to the fact i had not used in in the past 2 years they dropped my credit limit I still have a positive credit balance on my account I paid cash for the items I bought. I phoned accounts on the 9th September 2021 to increase my limit there response was they cant increase the limit you need to spend on your account but how can you spend on your account if you don't have the credit needless to say I asked them to close my account and refund my positive balance THEY SAID THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS a sad state poor service never shop at Edgars
