Poor and dishonest service - suspicion of inflated account balance

I have had an account with Edgar's for a couple of months now. They first started with charging me for their partner protection plan which I didnt apply for! They also chargers me for account protection plan! Protecting me from their own acts of dishonesty! They then added some funeral insurance which I didnt give concent for! I have not received my statements for the past two months but I have been making payment at their retale stores. Now I called their line and the agent was so rude to have hung up on my call! I just want my 6 months Edgar's statement so that I can track whether I've made an over payment or not!
