Poor administration

Account number: *** - Mrs D Janse van Rensburg I refer to my complaint e-mail to Edgars on 11/3/2021. I settled my account on 4/1/2021 and my statement on 13/1/2021 showed the payment. However on the statement for February and March 2021 it shows that the payment was not received. Now I am getting SMS's that I am in arrears. In the 25 years plus that I had this account I never had this type of problem. I will easily close my account if this is not resolved by latest end of April 2021. Danielle ***
