Poor Account Protection Plan procedure
Hi, I submitted my retrenchment forms to Edgars in Gateway. Hollard phoned me a few days later saying that the claim has been processed and passed to Beatrice in Edcon on the 19th of Feb. Till now nothing has been done about it from Edcon's side and they call cente staff phones me every day to ask me about payment of account. They even called me on a Sunday and the lady was absolutely rude. When you guys offer the product you'll paint a good picture, but when we claim it is a horrifying experience. Please can somebody provide feedback and urgent solutions to the problem.

Stanton

Please note the claim was approved for R1040.95 and the remaining balance will need to be paid by the customer. The purchases were made during the retrenchment period as the customer is notified prior, thus the balance was not settled in full.If you require any further assistance, please contact our accounts department on ***or our financial services on ***
